Taskmin terms.

These Terms govern access to Taskmin websites, the desktop app, account features, Cloud Sync, downloads, support channels, and related services. Taskmin is operated by Dapper Gray LLC.

Beta Status

Taskmin may be offered as beta, preview, early-access, or public-test software. Beta features may be incomplete, unavailable, changed, rate-limited, disabled, or removed.

Do not rely on Taskmin as your only copy of important information. Keep your own backups.

Accounts And Offline Workspace Data

Some Taskmin features may require a Taskmin account. The Windows desktop app can also be used with a Free Offline Workspace that is created on your device and works offline. You are responsible for accurate account information, credential security, and maintaining access to your account email.

Taskmin is designed as a desktop-first app. Offline workspace data is stored on your device unless you use Cloud Sync, cloud backup, AI features, support exports, or other features that send information outside your device. Creating or signing in to a Taskmin account does not upload workspace data by itself.

Cloud And AI Features

Cloud Sync, cloud backup, web/mobile companion access, and paid Cloud Sync access may be added or changed over time. We may set storage, sync, request, backup, or usage limits.

AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing AI output and deciding whether to use it.

Fees And Payments

Taskmin has a Free Offline Workspace for desktop use and plans to offer paid Cloud Sync access at USD $4 per month or USD $40 per year unless the pricing page says otherwise. Paid checkout is not live yet; sync access is request-only until a payment provider is approved and configured. If paid access becomes available, pricing, checkout, cancellation, refund, and access terms will be shown before purchase.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use Taskmin for unlawful, abusive, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
  • Do not attack, scrape, overload, probe, or disrupt Taskmin systems.
  • Do not bypass account, paid access, rate-limit, storage, payment, or security controls.
  • Do not upload or sync malware, unlawful content, infringing content, or material you do not have rights to use.
  • Do not send passwords, API keys, secret tokens, private project content, or raw logs with secrets in support requests unless we specifically request a sanitized excerpt.

Ownership, Third Parties, And Warranty

Taskmin, the website, app, code, design, documentation, branding, screenshots, and related materials are owned by Dapper Gray LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Taskmin may rely on third-party services for website hosting, account sign-in, Cloud Sync, email, diagnostics, AI, payments, app distribution, support, documentation, and security. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their terms, policies, security, availability, or content.

Taskmin is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent allowed by law.
